Our Brisbane office is seeking an experienced Migration Lawyer who is passionate about helping clients build new lives in Australia and who thrives in a collaborative, results‐driven organization.
The Role
Build your career in a growing national migration practice where you'll work on meaningful cases and support clients in building new lives in Australia.
This is a hands‐on role where you will manage a diverse range of migration law matters while working within a collaborative and supportive team. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to team development and mentor junior staff over time.

Key Responsibilities
Provide high‐quality immigration legal advice and assistance
Manage and oversee files to ensure quality, compliance, and timeliness
Draft legal submissions for applications, reviews, and appeals
Appear before courts and tribunals, where required
Maintain accurate file notes and supporting evidence
Ensure timely, professional, and positive client communication
Meet monthly budgetary and performance requirements




About You
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
A strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service
3–5 years' (or more) experience practicing Migration Law
Admission as an Australian legal practitioner with a current Queensland Practicing Certificate
Ability to build strong, trusted client relationships
Excellent teamwork skills
Proven ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
High attention to detail and quality of work
Strong motivation and results‐driven mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to speak a second language (desirable, not essential)
