About the Role
We're looking for a
Senior Business Analyst
to
lead an operating model and organisational design review
within a major service delivery function, then support implementation of the future-state structure and ways of working.
Responsibilities
Lead
end-to-end operating model review & redesign
across multiple teams/stakeholders
Produce
current-state ("as-is")
documentation and analysis (FTE, budget, structure, processes, service catalogue)
Build a explicit
business case for change
(risks, cost/budget, timeframes, implementation approach)
Define
future-state ("to-be")
structures, process priorities and service agreements/SLAs
Create an
implementation roadmap
, transition plan and process improvement recommendations




Partner with
external consulting
specialists and align to a broader change program
Qualifications
operating model review and redesign
org design and workforce structure analysis
business case development
budget/FTE modelling and analysis
transformation program delivery
public sector or large complex organisational experience
