Trainee Service Advisor
to join our team and deliver outstanding service to our valued customers.
About the Role
As a Trainee Service Advisor, you will:
· Be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and positive service experience.
· Coordinate bookings, repair orders, and service delivery with precision and efficiency.
· Promote and upsell additional services while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
· Collaborate with the Service Manager and team to foster a professional and supportive workplace culture.
What We're Looking For
· A customer-focused mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills.
· The ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.
· Technical knowledge of automotive servicing is highly regarded.
· Proficiency in computer systems, particularly Titan software.

Key Responsibilities
· Greet customers warmly and assist them with booking and repair needs.
· Liaise with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
· Provide detailed explanations of service work and recommend additional options as needed.
· Monitor and maintain accurate records, ensuring all repair orders are signed and agreed to by customers.
· Uphold workplace health and safety standards at all times.
