We are looking for an organised, switched-on Office All-Rounder to join our clients team for the Summer events season
Ideally you will have a background in events logistics or similar. This is a varied role for someone who enjoys being busy, can think on their feet and is happy to take responsibility and get things done.
Duties include:
General office administration and data entry
Booking flights, accommodation and travel
Freight booking and coordination of inbound and outbound shipments
Working with Excel spreadsheets and maintaining records
Assisting with staff logistics and scheduling
Communicating with staff and suppliers
Assisting the warehouse and operations team
You can work as much or as little as you like!
About the Candidate
Confident computer skills, particularly Excel - AI knowledge an advantage
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Good communication and people skills
Able to multitask and prioritise
Comfortable working autonomously
Practical, reliable and proactive
Able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
Comfortable dealing with a warehouse/event team
Experience and advantage, but is not essential
What matters most is a good attitude, willingness to learn and someone who takes pride in getting the job done.
Hours: Adaptable and may vary depending on workload and events.
