to join the Majestic Hotels team, with
Permanent Part-Time and Casual opportunities available.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across two of our hospitality venues:
Cottage Kitchen
– our popular restaurant located in North Adelaide
Culshaw's Restaurant
– delivering quality dining experiences within our Majestic Hotels portfolio
No two shifts are the same.
You'll have the opportunity to work across à la carte dining, bar service, functions and events, and café-style service while being part of a supportive and professional team.
About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by providing warm, professional service and ensuring our guests receive exceptional hospitality every time they visit.
This is a true all-rounder role, requiring flexibility to work across a variety of food and beverage operations.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver outstanding customer service with a genuine focus on guest satisfaction.
Provide qualified à la carte food and beverage service.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.




Prepare quality espresso coffee and café beverages.
Assist with the setup, service and pack down of functions and events.
Operate POS systems and accurately process cash and EFTPOS transactions.
Maintain clean, organised and well-presented dining, bar and function areas.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front of house teams to deliver seamless service.
Comply with food safety, Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Work Health & Safety requirements.
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing exceptional hospitality.
To be successful, you'll bring:
Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Attendant role within a restaurant, hotel or hospitality venue.
Experience in à la carte dining service.
Bar experience, including preparation of alcoholic beverages.
Barista experience and confidence using commercial coffee machines.
Experience handling cash and using POS systems.
A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude.
Availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
