Team members are encouraged to contribute ideas and help deliver high-quality outcomes on every project.Role Description The Site Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Perth, WA, supporting day-to-day operations for construction, maintenance, and shutdown activities on mining processing plant projects.
This position is responsible for maintaining accurate site documentation, including timesheets, work orders, purchase orders, and project records, and ensuring that all data is captured and stored in line with company procedures.
The role coordinates site logistics such as crew movements, equipment deliveries, inductions, and accommodation, while liaising with supervisors, project managers, and clients to keep information up to date.
The Site Administrator assists with preparing reports, tracking project costs, and supporting compliance with safety, quality,
and contractual requirements.
This role also involves general office administration, responding to queries, managing site correspondence, and contributing to continuous improvement in site processes.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in site or project administration within construction, mining, or industrial services, with strong skills in documentation management and record-keeping.Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office suite), data entry, and basic reporting, with the ability to learn project or ERP systems used on site.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and support multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.Effective written and verbal communication skills, including professional correspondence, stakeholder liaison, and the ability to build cooperative working relationships.Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy, particularly in handling timesheets, cost tracking, and site documentation.Understanding of safety and compliance requirements in mining or heavy industry environments, with a commitment to following procedures and supporting a positive safety culture.Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team on site, demonstrating reliability, initiative, and a solutions-focused mindset.Relevant qualification in business administration, project administration, or a related field is desirable, along with prior experience in an in office or FIFO/drive-in–drive-out setting.
