We're looking for a warm, reliable and experienced nanny to become an important part of our family in Coorabell, in the beautiful Byron Hinterland.We have three wonderful children (ages 3, 6 and 8 who are kind, active and love spending time outdoors, reading, craft and imaginative play.About the roleThis is a permanent part time position of approximately ***** hours per week (with some flexibility for the right person).
The role is varied and involves helping keep our family's busy schedule running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:* Primarily caring for our youngest child during school hours* School pick-ups each afternoon* Driving the children to and from after-school activities, appointments and holiday programs* Preparing afternoon snacks and simple meals for the children* Light household duties related to the children, including tidying play areas, children's laundry, packing school bags and lunchboxes, and keeping things organised
A family car is provided for all transport of the children,



so you won't need to use your own vehicle for work.We're looking for someone who is:* Warm, caring and genuinely enjoys spending time with children* Calm, organised and proactive* Confident managing school pick-ups, activities and busy afternoons* Reliable, punctual and trustworthy* Happy planning engaging activities and encouraging outdoor play* Able to work independently and become a valued part of our familyEssential requirements:* Previous nanny or childcare experience* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)* Working With Children Check* Current driver's licence and a confident driving record* Excellent referencesWe're hoping to find someone looking for a long-term position who will become a valued part of our family.
