Australian Turf is seeking an HR and Safety Advisor based at our Allenview farm to provide hands-on HR delivery, employee relations, safety systems and compliance across four farms in Queensland and Victoria. Reporting to CFO, you will coach leaders, manage recruitment and injury management, develop policies, and drive continuous improvement in people and safety practices during a period of growth.
