We are currently seeking a Clinical Manager for an aged care facility in
Townsville, QLD.

This role is in a well-run home and is perfect for someone who wants to continue their career as an Aged Care Clinical Manager.

Working closely with the Facility Manager and leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring compliance with aged care standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Overview:

- $130,000 - $145,000 + super
- Full time, permanent
- Medium size home

- Open to NZ candidates

Requirements

- AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated leadership experience within residential aged care.
- Sound knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements.
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
