About the Role
As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the business, leading a team of eight, including an Assistant Store Manager.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves being on the floor, driving sales, coaching their team and staying close to the numbers.

You will:

- Drive sales, KPIs and overall store performance
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team
- Identify opportunities to grow an already successful business
- Build a strong sales and service culture across the store
- Manage rostering, stock, VM and day-to-day operations
- Work closely with your Assistant Store Manager to create accountability and consistency




- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining strong commercial standards

What You'll Bring
We are looking for an experienced retail leader who is confident taking ownership of a high-volume business and knows how to turn opportunity into results.

You will ideally bring:

- Previous Store Manager experience within a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience leading and developing a sizeable team
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with budgets and KPIs
- A genuine sales focus and the ability to coach performance on the floor
- High energy, accountability and a proactive leadership style
- Strong operational capability without losing sight of the customer
- The confidence to challenge current performance and drive further growth
