I'm partnering with a well-established Tier 2 builder and builder-developer to appoint their next Senior Contracts Administrators.

You'll join a collaborative and experienced commercial team, with the opportunity to work on an exciting Brisbane project across luxury apartments, social housing or education.

This role would suit an established Contracts Administrator who is ready to take a step up.

About You
- 4+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator within a Tier 2 builder or builder-developer environment
- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Experience delivering projects valued at $20M+
- Strong understanding of the full contract administration process
- Highly organised, commercially minded and able to manage multiple priorities
- A stable employment history and a genuine interest in finding a long-term opportunity
