- $51.13 - $56.72 per hour (depending on experience).

We're looking for a Program Support Officer (AO3) to join the Governance & Design team, supporting key stakeholder management activities across the North Coast Region. This is a diverse role that combines administration, correspondence management, governance support and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing a shared high-volume inbox and coordinating executive correspondence.
- Providing administrative and operational support to the Stakeholder Management team.
- Maintaining databases, records, reporting tools and SharePoint resources.
- Assisting with governance, compliance and reporting activities.
- Supporting stakeholder and community engagement processes.
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and ways of working.

What We're Looking For
- Experience managing busy inboxes and competing priorities.
- Strong organisational,



communication and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Experience with administrative and records management processes.
- A customer-focused approach and ability to build strong relationships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams and SharePoint.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented team environment.

Highly Regarded
- Experience leading or contributing to process improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of Queensland Government or public sector environments.
