About the role:
Operating within Future Students, the Future Students Lead, NSW is responsible for driving recruitment efforts to promote the University in the local and regional areas where ACU's NSW campuses are based to facilitate high quality applications from prospective students as well as supporting the wider team on national initiatives such as webinars. Supporting the National Manager, the position represents the Future Students team on local student recruitment matters and aligns recruitment plans to the needs of the local markets in which the University's NSW campuses are based. This will require strategic planning to ensure new markets are engaged and cannibalisation between the three campuses is minimised. The position manages Future Student Coordinators and Officers to implement local recruitment plans and supports a high-impact and positive local team culture. The NSW Lead will strongly collaborate with and offer guidance to the ACT Lead to ensure a seamless and coordinated approach to school engagement and student recruitment efforts in these regions to minimise duplication of efforts and ensure positive student and stakeholder experiences. Forming and nurturing relationships with the high school community,
including Careers Advisers, teachers and Principals will be an important aspect of the role. In the case of the Blacktown campus, this also involves local community groups, venues and Blacktown City Council. This role provides support across the North Sydney, Strathfield and Blacktown campuses. The incumbent may be required to work at any of these locations, as required to meet operational needs. Some flexibility in working hours is required to attend events and activities held outside standard business hours and at offsite locations. Some local and interstate travel may be required.

pursues an excellence agenda and offers an environment where staff are welcomed and safe, and valued through development, participation and involvement. * Total remuneration valued to $138,111 - $154,409 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $116,706 - $130,478 (pro rata) pa (HEW 8), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
- 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
- Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
