Job Specification:
As the Pharmacist Manager, you will lead and oversee all dispensary operations, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant pharmacy practice while maintaining the pharmacy's exceptional customer service standards. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a pharmacist who enjoys building strong customer relationships and mentoring team members.
The pharmacy operates on the FRED dispensing system with a busy but manageable script trade with the team you will have working with you.
As Sole Pharmacist you will be supported by an Intern Pharmacist, three pharmacy students, five Pharmacy Assistants, a Retail Manager and a Stock Controller.
Services include vaccinating, minimal DAA packing requirements and very limited medicinal cannabis dispensing, with no methadone, ORT or CPOP services.
Roster options include:
- 46-hour week Tuesday to Saturday.
- 38-hour week across four weekdays.
Skills Required:
- Current General Registration with AHPRA.
- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Sound dispensing and clinical knowledge.
- Ability to work confidently as the sole Pharmacist.
- Commitment to compliance and professional pharmacy standards.
Salary & Benefits:
- $130,000 to $140,000 plus superannuation - 46hrs/wk over 5 days.
- 4 week day roster available 38hrs/wk.
