What you'll be doing

- Partnering with stakeholders to provide practical, solutions-focused HSW advice
- Supporting risk assessments, hazard management and safe systems of work
- Facilitating incident investigations with a learning-focused, continuous improvement mindset
- Building capability and strengthening safety culture through coaching and engagement
- Working directly with teams in operational environments rather than from behind a desk
- Contributing to wellbeing, risk and safety initiatives across a large and complex organisation

About you You'll be an experienced WHS/HSW professional who enjoys building relationships and influencing positive change. You thrive in complex environments, communicate with credibility, and bring a practical approach to risk management.

You may come from:

- Research,



laboratory or scientific environments
- Universities or higher education
- Healthcare or hospitals
- Manufacturing or regulated industries
- Government or large complex organisations
- Construction/Facilities Management background

Dangerous Goods (DG) compliance and regulatory requirements

The ideal candidate

- 3+ years' experience in a WHS/HSW advisory, partnering or consulting role
- Robust stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Experience supporting risk management, investigations and safety initiatives
- A cooperative, solutions-oriented mindset
- Qualifications in WHS, OHS or a related discipline highly regarded
