Project Manager - Tier 2 Builder | 5-Month Contract | Immediate Start Location: Sydney, NSW

An established Tier 2 builder is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the team on a contract basis for up to five months. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to step into a key role and help drive the successful delivery of a major project programme.
We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager with a proven background delivering residential and commercial construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder. You will work closely with the project team to maintain programme, manage stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate project delivery from construction through to completion.
- Drive project programmes and ensure key milestones are achieved.
- Manage subcontractors, consultants, and client relationships.
- Monitor project budgets, forecasting, and commercial performance.
- Ensure compliance with WHS, quality, and contractual requirements.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with site and office teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

About You
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 commercial builder.
- Solid background delivering residential and commercial construction projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex construction programmes.
- Excellent leadership, communication,



and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and contract administration knowledge.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Available to commence immediately or at short notice.
