About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity is available for a Commercial & Executive Support Coordinator to join a growing business within the agricultural and crop protection industry.
This is a varied role combining commercial support, customer service, sales administration, forecasting, reporting and executive coordination. You'll work closely with senior leadership and the sales team to support day-to-day operations and ensure customers receive a high level of service.
Unlike high-volume transactional environments, this business operates with a focused product and customer base - approximately 20 products sold in large parcels to a core group of customers. This means the role is less about processing large volumes of transactions and more about building strong relationships, understanding customer needs and providing accurate, commercially focused support.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing responsive and professional support to customers, distributors and internal stakeholders.
- Managing customer enquiries, sales orders, quotations, pricing requests and commercial documentation.
- Maintaining accurate customer records, pricing schedules, CRM data and commercial agreements.
- Supporting monthly sales forecasting and demand review processes.
- Preparing sales reports, forecasting information and business performance insights.
- Supporting customer retention and business development activities.
- Coordinating marketing administration, promotional materials, product literature and events.
- Providing reporting and administrative support to supply chain and inventory planning activities.
- Liaising with customers regarding product collection and logistics.
- Providing executive and administrative support to the CEO, including diary management, meetings, travel and correspondence.
- Assisting with projects and following up key business initiatives.
About You
You'll be a highly organised and commercially minded professional who enjoys working closely with customers and building genuine, long-term relationships.
You will ideally bring:
- Experience in commercial support, sales administration, customer service, executive support or a similar business support role.
- Experience with customer account management, pricing, forecasting and reporting.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
- Experience using CRM and/or ERP systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical and analytical capability.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
- A proactive, practical and customer-focused approach.
- Experience within agriculture, agribusiness, crop protection or a related industry will be highly regarded.
- Relevant qualifications in business administration, commerce, agribusiness, marketing or a related discipline will also be advantageous.
