Tecside have a range of Production Labourer opportunities available across Swanbank, Crestmead, Yatala and Eagle Farm.

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join manufacturing and production teams across a variety of industries. These roles offer the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across assembly, machine operations, production lines, pick packing, end-of-line processes, labouring and general manufacturing duties.

What You Could Be Doing:

- Working within manufacturing environments, including concrete production and precast operations, assisting with the production, preparation and finishing of quality products.
- Performing general labouring duties including preparing materials, assisting with mould preparation, cleaning, stripping and finishing tasks.
- Supporting production teams with daily operations to ensure workflow and output targets are achieved.
- Assisting with assembly line processes and general manufacturing operations.




- Operating a forklift if required (LF ticket required)
- Operating machinery and equipment where required (training provided where applicable).
- Completing quality checks, product preparation and end-of-line duties.
- Using hand and power tools safely when required.
- Maintaining a clean and secure work environment while following all workplace procedures.

What Weu0027re Looking For:

- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, labouring, warehousing or similar environments is highly regarded.
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting up to 25kgs.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction.
- Strong commitment to Workplace Health & Safety.
- Willingness to complete pre-employment medical and drug screening If required
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Availability to work up to 10-hour shifts
