Randstad is partnering with a highly regarded construction business to deliver a landmark $140M multi-residential tower in Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join a high-performing project team and play a key role in the commercial delivery of a major Gold Coast development.

Working closely with the Project Manager and senior commercial team, you will have genuine ownership across subcontract administration, procurement, cost control and project reporting from construction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end administration of subcontractor packages across the project.
- Lead procurement, tender analysis, scope reviews and subcontractor negotiations.
- Manage variations, progress claims, payment schedules and contractual correspondence.
- Assist with cost reporting, forecasting and budget management.
- Build strong working relationships with subcontractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
- Identify and manage commercial risks, ensuring contractual obligations are met.
- Support the broader project team with commercial advice and contract administration.

Experience & Qualifications

- Degree or tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying,



Building or a related discipline.
- 3+ year's experience as a Contracts Administrator within commercial construction.
- Experience working on multi-residential, high-rise or large-scale commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of subcontract administration, procurement, variations and progress claims.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a commercially focused approach.
- Full Australian working rights.
