CHANEL is now recruiting Boutique Seasonal Support for our fashion boutiques in Sydney.

About the Role

As Boutique Seasonal Support , you will be a flexible and adaptable member of our Fashion teams. You will support the sales teams to better service our valued clients throughout the festive period, by ensuring a seamless back of house experience.

What Will You Do?

Gift wrap client purchases in the Chanel way

Assist with running to get stock for the front of house team, help with unpacking stock deliveries and steaming items for clients.

Offering hospitality to our clients such offering refreshments and welcoming them to the boutique

What We Are Looking For

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a genuine client-first mindset.

A passion for luxury fashion, styling and the CHANEL brand,



with the confidence to speak about fashion creations and deliver personalised recommendations.

Energy, enthusiasm and confidence in connecting with clients during busy trading periods.

Impeccable grooming and personal presentation in line with CHANEL guidelines.

Flexibility and availability to work a varied roster in line with store trading hours, including regular late-night trading and weekends. Please note that hours will expand during the peak November and December trading period.
