Your first podiatry role should give you the time and support to become a confident clinician—not expect you to arrive knowing everything.

Sole Focus Podiatry & Wellness is looking for a graduate podiatrist to join our Toowoomba team in 2027. We’re offering $88,000 plus super for 67 hours per fortnight, with genuine mentoring, longer graduate appointments and a four-day weekend every fortnight.

THE ROSTER

You’ll work four days each week, with alternate Mondays and Fridays off—giving you a four-day weekend every fortnight.

There are no weekends or home visits, and no commission-based pressure or expectation to rush patients through their appointments.

YOUR FIRST YEAR

Starting practice is a big step, so we won’t expect you to manage a full diary from your first week.

You’ll receive:

- Longer appointment times while you build your confidence and efficiency

- Regular one-on-one mentoring with protected time in the diary

- Support from experienced podiatrists who are available when you need help

- A varied caseload including musculoskeletal conditions, paediatrics, orthotic therapy, high-risk foot care, nail surgery and general podiatry

- Training in the technology and treatment options available within the clinic

We want you to ask questions, discuss cases and take the time to develop positive clinical habits. You won’t be expected to figure everything out alone.

ABOUT SOLE FOCUS

Sole Focus is a boutique podiatry clinic located in the centre of Toowoomba. We have created a warm, modern clinic that feels different from a traditional healthcare setting—for our patients and our team.

Our purpose-built clinic has spacious treatment rooms, a dedicated biomechanical assessment area and access to technology including 3D scanning, pressure analysis, shockwave therapy,



Swift microwave therapy and Lunula laser. We also have a strong orthotic therapy and nail surgery caseload.

Just as importantly, we care about the smaller details. Our appointments aren’t rushed, our patients are genuinely looked after, and our team takes pride in providing a thoughtful experience from the moment someone walks through the door.

- $88,000 plus super

If you’re currently in your final year, we can also offer a monthly retainer from the time you accept the position until you graduate. Further details will be discussed with suitable applicants.
