Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and build switchboards to meet precise client specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Mentor and oversee tradespeople and apprentices, ensuring top-quality craftsmanship.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize design and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure all switchboards meet Australian Standards and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during assembly and testing.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Switchboard Builder.
- QLD Electrical trade certificate or experience within a similar environment
- Thorough understanding of electrical systems and industry regulations.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
