About Us

Trader House opened Supernormal and Bar Miette on the Brisbane riverfront in mid-2024. Supernormal was named one of the best new restaurants in the world by Condé Nast Traveller’s 2025 Hot List, and featured in Cathay Pacific Magazine, Food & Wine USA, and Departures Magazine as one of the “20 Most Inspiring Destinations for 2025”. Tourism Australia listed Supernormal and Bar Miette among the top “25 things to do in Australia in 2025”. About the Role

This key position will see you drive guest experience, support revenue generation and back-end operations of our Brisbane venues. Working alongside the Venue Manager, Head Chef, and some of the industry's best operators, you’ll manage reservations, sell and coordinate events, and ensure exceptional guest experiences within both Supernormal and Bar Miette, each with its own unique character and service style.

What You'll Bring

- Previous experience with reservations and events within a premium restaurant environment

- Exceptional written and verbal communication

- Ambition and motivation to deliver top-tier guest experiences across the hospitality environment

- Revenue focus – the hunger to fill rooms!

- Desire to cement yourself as a leader amongst a team of hospitality professionals

- Experience with SevenRooms and/or Tripleseat would be a significant advantage

- Understanding of what elevates an event from good to great, adaptable to different venue concepts





- Financial acumen and a keen understanding of budgets and cost management

- Fresh perspective with a desire for continuous improvement

- Creative approach to finding new markets and growth opportunities

- People management skills to lead a team and build for the future
