About the Roles
Role 1
- Providing generalist HR advice and support to managers and front line employees
- Managing low complexity employee relations casework, including bullying and harassment claims, with the ability to handle high volume
- Supporting HRIS project work, helping improve systems and processes
- Partnering with the business on policy, process, and best practice HR matters
- Building strong relationships across all levels of the organisation
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an HR Advisor or people partnering role
- Confidence handling ER casework
- Strong communication skills and a practical, solutions focused approach
- Someone who thrives in a varied, fast moving environment

Role 2
- Supporting a professional cohort of employees in a more process driven environment

- 24 month fixed-term contract

- Experienced HR Officer or HR Advisor level experience, ideally with exposure to compliance and process driven environments
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work
- Confidence working with a professional cohort of employees
