The Role

We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales & Leasing Associate to join our commercial division. Whether you're coming from residential real estate or another sales setting,



this is your chance to step into a career-defining role in commercial property.

In this role, you will:

- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants

- Prospect for new business and manage your own pipeline of leads

- Prepare and execute marketing strategies for commercial sales and leasing listings

- Negotiate deals and support clients through the end-to-end transaction process

- Work closely with directors to grow your profile and position in the market

Who We’re Looking For

- A current QLD Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration (essential)

- Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to pitch and present

- Experience in real estate, business development or high-value sales

- A growth mindset and proactive approach to learning and leadership

- Own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s licence

Preferred but Not Essential

- Commercial or residential sales experience

- Knowledge of Brisbane’s south-east commercial markets

- Experience with CRM tools and database systems
