FULL-TIME | COMPETITIVE RETAINER + UNCAPPED SALES COMMISSION

Marshall Machinery is a growing Tasmanian agricultural machinery business supplying tractors, specialist machinery and equipment to farmers, growers, contractors and rural businesses throughout Tasmania.

We are looking for a motivated, capable and enthusiastic salesperson who enjoys selling, meeting customers and building long-term relationships.

THE ROLE

This is a genuine sales and account management role.

Your focus will be to win recent business, grow existing customer relationships and build your own sales network across Tasmania.

You will:

- Develop new machinery sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Visit farmers, growers, contractors and agricultural businesses.
- Understand customers' needs and recommend the right machinery.
- Demonstrate and sell tractors and agricultural equipment.
- Prepare and follow up quotations and enquiries.
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
- Work closely with management, marketing and our workshop team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

THE PERSON

We are looking for someone who wants to sell and is motivated to succeed.

You will be:

- Self-motivated, driven and commercially minded.
- Confident meeting customers and building relationships.
- Sales-focused and enjoys winning business.
- Organised, persistent and good at following up.
- Interested in tractors,



machinery and agriculture.
- Professional, honest and customer-focused.
- Able to work independently while being an accountable and supportive team member.
- Willing to learn and develop strong product knowledge.

Machinery or agricultural sales experience is an advantage, but attitude, sales ability and work ethic are more important.
