Atom Resources are currently working with a manufacturing and mining services client, navigating through exciting stages of growth, seeking an HR Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis.

Our client host a range of in-house expertise, from technical experts focused within research and design, through to in-house manufacturing and sales, including client facing support, resulting in ability to provide premium products, leading in its class.

This position is well suited to someone who is looking to take ownership and lead the HR function, able to make informed decisions and implement change.

ROLE & REQUIREMENTS

- Tertiary qualification in HR, Business or similar (AHRI recognition also valued)
- 5+ years' experience working within HR including preference of exposure within mining/manufacturing or similar industries
- Strong understanding of governing legislation and HR policy




- Develop HR procedures and guide company on employee performance reviewal evaluations
- Ability to provide strategic support and guidance working closely with management and key stakeholders
- Capacity to retain a high level of communication at all times across business channels
- Interest in implementing continuous improvement measures and sustaining best practice
- Provide guidance and support for recruitment team and recent starters to the business
- Full working rights in Australia are required

This is a permanent/full-time position, operating Monday - Friday from the Malaga office, in the northern suburbs.
