What You’ll Be Doing

- Managing a North/West portfolio
- Building strong, trusted relationships with owners and renters
- Delivering an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint
- Conducting approximately 20% of routine inspections
- Handling final inspections
- Supporting the continued growth of the North/West portfolio

What You’ll Bring

- Agents Representative Certificate
- Current Police Check
- 1+ years' property management experience (Junior PMs welcome to apply)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, team-first mindset
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
