Kids Hub Coordinator

The Kids Hub is a free, inclusive mental health and wellbeing service supporting children aged 0–12 across the City of Swan who are experiencing mild to moderate mental health challenges.

The first service of its kind in WA, The Kids Hub brings together specialist organisations to provide accessible, early intervention support in a safe, nurturing and child-focused environment. The Kids Hub is a free service with a no-wrong-door approach, providing step-up, step-down support for children and their families for as long as they require.

Through personalised assessment, therapy and wellbeing support, The Kids Hub takes a holistic approach to children’s mental health, ensuring children and families can access the right support early, regardless of their circumstances.

About the Role

The Kids Hub Coordinator plays a pivotal leadership role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Hub and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and child-safe services for children and families.

Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, partner agencies, and community stakeholders, the Coordinator leads the integration and coordination of services across Community Development, Family Support, and Specialist Therapeutic Support. The role is responsible for operational leadership, staff supervision, service oversight, stakeholder engagement, and financial accountability, while driving continuous improvement and positive outcomes for children and their families.

This is a full-time, fixed-term contract position until 30 June 2028, working Monday to Friday.
