A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Consumer Marketing Associate to join a leading global healthcare organisation supporting large-scale consumer awareness and disease education initiatives across Australia and New Zealand.

This role is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys campaign execution, project management, stakeholder engagement, and working in a highly regulated environment. You'll play a key role in bringing integrated marketing campaigns to life, partnering with internal stakeholders and leading creative and media agencies to deliver high-quality consumer-facing initiatives.

About the Role
Working closely with the Consumer Marketing team, you'll support the end-to-end delivery of consumer education and awareness campaigns across multiple channels. From agency briefing and asset development through to compliance approvals, implementation and reporting, you'll help ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to large-scale omnichannel campaigns across digital, social, search, video, pharmacy, out-of-home, and traditional media channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end marketing and consumer education campaigns
- Manage relationships with creative and media agencies
- Develop campaign briefs and oversee asset delivery
- Review content for quality, consistency, and compliance
- Manage timelines, approvals,



and stakeholder communications
- Support campaign reporting, performance tracking, and marketing operations

About You
You are a highly organised marketing professional who thrives on managing multiple moving parts and enjoys turning strategy into execution.

To be successful, you'll bring:

- - Experience in marketing, campaign coordination, communications, or project management
- Strong stakeholder and agency management skills
- Experience working in a regulated industry (pharma, healthcare, medical devices, consumer health, financial services, etc.)
- Exposure to digital and omnichannel marketing
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consumer health marketing experience will be highly regarded
