We're a growing and reputable HVAC business based in South Nowra, servicing the Shoalhaven. No churn-and-burn, no run sheet from hell. We take pride in every aspect, so our jobs are planned properly, expectations are realistic, and we back our techs to do it right the first time.

Day to day:
Residential splits, ducted systems,



and commercial servicing across the South Coast. Quality gear - Toshiba, Panasonic, Mitsubishi Electric. Jobs are properly scoped with real comms from the office, not guesswork.

You'll get ongoing mentoring, room to build your skills across residential and commercial, and a genuine long-term spot on the team. We're growing — we want people who grow with us.

What you'll need

- Cert III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (4th-year apprentices, apply anyway)

- 2+ years post-trade on splits and ducted

- Pride in presentation – tools, attire, worksite and the job.

- Comfortable running solo or working in with the crew

- Full Australian driver's license and working rights
