About the Role

As our Experienced Bookkeeper, you’ll work closely with our Finance Team, Farming Operations Team, Head Office Team and the CFO. Your responsibilities will include:

- Accounts Payable:



Processing supplier invoices, liaising with managers for account allocation, managing weekly payments, and reconciling statements

- Payroll: Managing weekly payroll, maintaining employee records, and processing quarterly superannuation

- Accounts Receivable: Issuing invoices and statements, and occasional debt collection

- Reconciliations: Handling bank, credit card, and livestock account reconciliations

- General bookkeeping duties as required

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings:

- Proven experience with Xero accounting software

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate to advanced)

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

- Excellent time management and organisational abilities

- A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn

- A high level of confidentiality and professional integrity
