Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific combines premium accommodation, conferences and events, corporate and leisure travel, and two of the region's most recognised dining venues, Terrigal Beach House and Meribella. Together, they represent a diverse and dynamic business with multiple revenue streams, strong market presence, and significant growth opportunities.

We're seeking a commercially driven leader to shape the future growth of the business, strengthen our brands, and lead a high-performing Sales, Marketing and Revenue function.

Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the Executive Leadership Team and Ownership, you will play a key role in defining commercial strategy, driving revenue performance, identifying new opportunities, and influencing the direction of one of the region's leading hospitality assets.

The Opportunity

As Director of Sales & Marketing, you'll be responsible for the commercial performance of the hotel across:

- Accommodation

- Meetings & Events & Group business

- Leisure, Corporate & Government

- Weddings & Social Events

- Restaurants & Bars

You'll lead an established Sales and Marketing team, partnering with Revenue, Operations and Finance to deliver sustainable growth, maximise profitability, and strengthen market share across all business segments.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys balancing strategy with execution, developing people, building partnerships, and turning ideas into results.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Developing and executing the hotel's commercial strategy.

- Driving revenue growth, profitability, and market share.

- Leading and developing high-performing Sales and Marketing teams.

- Strengthening the market position of Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific,



Terrigal Beach House, and Meribella.

- Building strategic partnerships within the corporate, tourism, events, and local business communities.

- Driving customer acquisition, retention, and direct demand.

- Protecting and enhancing guest reputation and satisfaction outcomes.

- Influencing key commercial decisions alongside the Executive Leadership Team.

About You

You are an experienced commercial leader with a solid track record of delivering results in hospitality, tourism, lifestyle, or a related industry.

You bring:

- Senior leadership experience across Sales, Marketing, Commercial, or Revenue functions.

- Proven success driving revenue growth and market share.

- Strong experience leading high-performing teams.

- Commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and financial capability.

- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

- A passion for guest experience and brand growth.

- The ability to influence, inspire and deliver results through others.
