With a strong pipeline of repeat work and long-term clients, they’re looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to take greater ownership of their civil projects and become a key part of the business.
It’s a small, collaborative environment where you’ll work directly with the business owner, have a voice in project delivery and won’t get lost amongst layers of management.

The Role
You’ll take the lead across a varied portfolio of building-related civil projects, working closely with clients and managing projects through design, approvals and delivery.
The work includes stormwater and drainage, bulk earthworks, external services and Operational Works across self-storage, residential and other private-sector developments.
You’ll work alongside Civil Designers who will support the design and drawing delivery, allowing you to focus on the engineering,
technical review, client relationships and overall project outcomes.
It’s an autonomous role for someone who enjoys being close to their projects and clients, without the layers and bureaucracy of a larger consultancy.
About You
You’ll ideally bring 5–10 years’ civil engineering experience within consulting, with strong stormwater and drainage capability.
- You’ll be confident reviewing designs, guiding designers,
- Experience dealing directly with clients and councils
- Confident making technical decisions independently.
- 12d, DRAINS or PC Drain experience will be well regarded
- RPEQ preferred or currently being pursued
Above all, you’ll be looking for greater autonomy and the prospect to become a key person within a smaller consultancy.
