About the role
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will manage and look after the entire marketing and brand strategy for all of Australia. It's a strategic and hands on role where you will manage end to end ATL and BTL campaigns (TV, Radio, Digital, Social & Print) and post-campaign analysis. You will also look after all marketing campaigns for new and exciting products as well as key promotional campaigns.

The responsibilities

- Own and manage end to end brand and product marketing activities across ATL, BTL, Digital and Social including POP and all instore communications including new menu items
- Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders including NPD, supply chain, restaurants, marketing, digital and analytics as well as agency relationships
- Continuously assess and analyse campaign effectiveness, what is working and not working with a test and learn methodology including menu analysis
- Manage nominated communications and New Product Development (NPD) project launches

What you need to be successful





- A delicious attitude and hungry mindset balancing a nurturing and team-oriented approach to hitting key business and brand objectives
- A proven track record as a generalist Marketing Manager looking for a tasty new challenge
- A background in FMCG/QSR/Food/Retail or B2C Product/Consumer durables/electronics/automotive, skilled in building a brand strategy and using insights to manage NPD
- An adaptable and flexible nature and ability to influence key stakeholders to enjoy positive business outcomes
