Are you ready to make a real impact with the fast-growing company powering South East Queensland’s portable sanitation solutions?

You have a demonstrated record of winning new business and exceeding targets and possess great commercial negotiation skills. You have the commercial judgement to pursue quality, profitable business rather than sales at any cost.

You have experience with tenders, proposals, contracts, and major account management, and you can understand customer needs and recommend practical, value-for-money solutions.

You have a disciplined approach to prospecting, pipeline management and follow-up.

Ideally, you already have experience in equipment hire, construction, civil, industrial services or property development, highly regarded, but not essential.

You will be comfortable opening doors, developing existing relationships and speaking with everyone from sole traders and site teams to procurement managers and senior decision-makers.

This is a new role with huge potential for the right person.

Until now, word-of-mouth about the service delivered by our team has driven nearly all our spectacular growth. But there is more to our business than hire and service. That is where you come in.

We have a range of other services that many of our current clients would use - if they knew about them. Let’s face it: our technicians are focused on delivering exceptional service, not selling. This means we have significant untapped potential across our diverse customer portfolio, from hire accounts, civil contractors and through to major Tier 1 and Tier 2 construction companies.
