Lead daily learning for children aged 3–4 using the Reggio Emilia approach within a faith-based environment. Create engaging programs, document child development, and partner with families. Ensure continuous quality improvement and maintain a safe, inclusive centre.
Duties
- Deliver early learning programs using Reggio Emilia principles.
- Document, evaluate, and track individual child progress.
- Drive continuous quality improvement aligned with the QIP.
- Partner with families to support early child development.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging workplace.
Skills & experience
- Bachelor-level Early Childhood Teaching qualification.
- Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) registration (or eligibility).
- Active alignment with Christian faith and Statement of Faith.
- Strong NQF and EYLF framework application skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong family relationships.
