The Company
We are seeking an experienced Group Accountant to join a high-performing finance team based in Rockingham, WA. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a broad and hands-on role that will see you responsible for end-to-end financial reporting, multi-entity accounting, commercial analysis and stakeholder engagement within a fast-paced operational environment.

The Opportunity
This role offers significant exposure across finance operations and commercial reporting, providing the opportunity to partner with senior leadership and influence business performance.
Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the end-to-end monthly financial close process across multiple entities.
- Preparing monthly management reports, P&L; statements, cost centre reporting and variance analysis.
- Producing and distributing management reporting and overspend analysis.
- Managing multi-currency transactions and trade finance reconciliations.
- Overseeing weekly sales and rebate reporting.
- Supporting production and operational reporting requirements.
- Coordinating accounts payable workflows and ensuring accurate coding across multiple cost centres.
- Maintaining GST and FBT compliance obligations.
- Assisting with fixed asset accounting, balance sheet reconciliations and audit requirements.
- Partnering with operational stakeholders across manufacturing, inventory and commercial functions.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- CA, CPA or CIMA qualifications.
- At least 5 years' experience in a Group Accountant,



Management Accountant or similar senior accounting role.
- Previous experience within FMCG, manufacturing, agribusiness, industrial or complex operational environments.
- Advanced Excel skills and solid financial modelling capability.
- Experience working with large ERP systems (Epicor experience highly regarded).
- Strong understanding of management reporting, cost accounting, rebate accounting and commercial finance principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across finance and operational teams.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
