The INS Group is looking for a Call Centre Trainer to join our team and take ownership of the onboarding and training of our clinical workforce.

This is a full-time Monday–Friday role focused primarily on training and developing new nurses, while also supporting the onboarding of other Call Centre and support staff as required. When training is not scheduled, you will work alongside our team in the Call Centre, keeping you connected to our day-to-day operations.

About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering engaging, practical training that gives new team members the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to succeed.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering structured onboarding and induction programs, primarily for new nursing staff.

- Supporting the onboarding and training of other Call Centre and support staff as required.

- Developing and maintaining training resources, materials and assessments.

- Providing coaching, mentoring and ongoing support to new and existing employees.

- Assessing competency and identifying areas for further development.

- Delivering refresher and ongoing training as required.

- Working with Operations and Clinical Leadership to identify training needs and improve processes.

- Supporting the implementation of new systems, processes and procedures.

- Maintaining accurate training records and reporting.





- Working operational Call Centre shifts when training requirements allow.

What We're Looking For

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or higher – essential.

- A qualification and/or experience in healthcare, nursing, aged care, disability support or another relevant health or community services field is highly regarded.

- Demonstrated experience delivering workplace training, ideally within a call centre, healthcare or similar environment is not essential but highly regarded.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Solid organisational and time-management skills.

- Confidence facilitating training for individuals and groups.
