The Event and F&B; Leader is responsible for the coordination and execution of event operations while supporting the day-to-day operations of the Food and Beverage outlets. The role combines event execution, relationship management and team coordination to ensure exceptional guest experiences while achieving business objectives.
About the Role
As our Event and F&B; Leader, you'll play a key role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. You'll support a team of supervisors, team leaders and front-line team to execute both event and daily outlet operations. While working closely with the Events sales team you will champion the delivery of events, involving many stakeholders to bring our guest’s vision to life. This role combines coordination, hands on operations, guest service and financial responsibilities making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and delivering high-quality events and F&B; operations.
About You
You're a highly organised and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have extensive experience supervising Food & Beverage operations across multiple outlets, functions and event environments.
You can confidently manage a large team and build strong relationships to get the best outcomes for the Sanctuary and our guests.
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Experience with rostering, labour management, inventory management, cost control and waste reduction
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing operational demands and maintain clear communication
- Strong working knowledge of food safety, RSA requirements, WH&S; and hospitality compliance standards
- A flexible and positive approach, able to work weekends, public holidays and varied shifts based on operational requirements.
- A genuine passion for delivering memorable experiences
