About the role

This is a hands-on position working closely with the Operations team, management, crane operators, riggers and clients. You will take ownership of ensuring personnel, cranes and associated plant are fully compliant, inducted and ready to mobilise to site.

Key responsibilities

- Managing site inductions and onboarding for crane operators, riggers and other personnel
- Coordinating plant and equipment inductions for Tier 1 and major construction projects
- Managing client compliance portals such as 3D Safety, Damstra, HammerTech, Avetta and similar systems
- Maintaining employee licences, competencies, VOCs, White Cards, medicals and training records
- Maintaining crane and plant compliance documentation, registrations, inspections and certification
- Monitoring expiry dates and ensuring documentation remains current
- Preparing and submitting client prequalification and project compliance documentation
- Coordinating SWMS, plant documentation and other mobilisation requirements
- Liaising directly with Tier 1 clients, project administrators, HSEQ teams and site representatives
- Ensuring operators,



riggers and equipment are cleared and ready before mobilisation

About you

- Previous experience in construction compliance, mobilisation, project onboarding or site administration
- Experience working with a Tier 1 contractor or subcontractor servicing Tier 1 projects
- Strong knowledge of personnel and plant induction processes
- Experience using construction compliance and onboarding portals
- An understanding of licences, competencies, VOCs, plant documentation and training requirements
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence dealing directly with clients, site teams and project compliance departments
- The ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities
- Valuable communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach
