We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service / Contact Centre Representative to join a well-known organisation based in North Sydney.

About the Role
You will be part of a dynamic customer service team, handling inbound enquiries and providing high-quality support to customers in a fast-paced contact centre environment. This is a full-time contract role (38 hours per week) for 5 weeks, including structured training to set you up for success.
What We’re Looking For
- Ideally 1–2 years’ experience in Customer Service or Contact Centre roles
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Reliable and committed to the full contract duration
