The role:
You'll provide an excellent first impression for callers and visitors to the office, as well as 5* support to all staff.
This role will suit someone who is reliable, good technology skills in order to grasp various systems, has a mature manner and proactive work-style.
Duties will include:
- Meet and greet clients and visitors to the office
- Meeting room management
- Organise travel bookings
- Manage couriers and suppliers
- Maintain kitchen stock and general housekeeping
- Sort mail and distribute
- Provide administration support to teams and work collaboratively with Business Services
- Manage fleet car bookings, service checks etc
Skills and experience:
- Drivers license required - will occasionally need to drop cars to garage for service checks etc
- 5* customer service experience from retail or hospitality will be considered, with a stable work history
- Able to display initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills maintaining professionalism at all times
- Intermediate level of MS Office and able to pick up current technology and processes easily
- Enjoy working as part of a team and demonstrates a willingness to help others
- Professionally presented
