The Role:
We are looking for a highly experienced residential Site Supervisor to look after 12 High set KDR home builds in the inner city region.

- Schedule the sites and trades from site cut through to hand over.
- Ensure all builds meet high level safety & quality standards in line with company policies and building legislation.
- Maintain accurate and up to date record keeping on the project management software.

- Client communication can be handled by the Supervisor or internal Customer Service team.

- Starting salary of $140K + Super + fully maintained vehicle + tech

What you need:

- You must have a current QBCC Licence, current experience working on current builds and a skillset with knock-down rebuilds or custom homes.
