WE ARE HIRING - DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKER - ARMIDALE NSW Pacific Home Care Solutions is looking for a reliable, patient and person-centred Disability Support Worker to support an adult NDIS participant in Armidale. The role focuses on building independence and everyday living skills, including: Household tasks and organisation Meal planning, grocery shopping and cooking Budgeting and money management skills Building daily routines and independence Social and community participation Current shifts: Monday: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm Thursday: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm Friday: 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm We are looking for someone who is encouraging and understands the importance of doing things with the participant, rather than simply doing things for them. Previous disability or community support experience and relevant worker checks are preferred.
