About the opportunity
An opportunity is available for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join an established team in Macquarie Park. This front office role will manage customer enquiries, order processing and work closely with internal teams to ensure products and services are delivered efficiently.

Duties

- Manage inbound customer enquiries, orders and complaints
- Process urgent, capital and clinical orders
- Coordinate product returns, credits and shipments
- Manage customer accounts and pricing discrepancies
- Liaise with internal teams, customers and 3PL providers
- Support consignment reconciliation and month-end activities
- Manage the customer service inbox and reporting





Skills and Experience

- Previous customer service experience within a sales environment
- Strong phone-based customer service and communication skills
- Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- ERP and CRM system experience; SAP highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
