An exciting opportunity exists for an Accounts Payable & Billing Officer to join the finance function of a top-tier global qualified services firm.

Working within a high-performing, collaborative team, you will support invoice processing, billing administration and stakeholder engagement across a large and complex international environment. This role offers a unique blend of accounts payable, billing and finance operations responsibilities, making it ideal for candidates with existing billing experience or finance professionals looking to develop specialist expertise.

You will play a key role in ensuring invoices are processed accurately, deadlines are met and billing-related issues are resolved efficiently, while building solid relationships across the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and monitor invoices to ensure accurate and timely submission
- Investigate and resolve billing queries, exceptions and invoice rejections
- Maintain accurate financial records, rates and system data
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external service providers
- Support reporting, compliance activities and process improvement initiatives

About You

- Experience in accounts payable, billing, finance administration or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills
- Proactive approach with strong problem-solving capabilities
