17 CHURCH STREET NELSON BAY PTY LIMITED trading as T.I Hospitality, is currently seeking talented and dedicated Full Time Hotel Manager for the daily operation of our business.
Major duties:
- Managing guest reservations and yielding room rates for maximum revenue.
- Directing and overseeing hotel reception staffs, security arrangements as well as maintenance of the property.
- Assessing work requirements for the housekeeping team.
- Allocating duties to hotel staffs, maintaining attendance records and rosters.
- Explaining and enforcing Occupational Health and Safety Guidelines at workplace at all times.
- Hiring, training and managing Hotel staffs.
- Managing guest feedback and complaints and implementing strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Organizing and overseeing the operations of the hotel's food and beverage including liquor, gaming as well as managing events such as functions, ensuring smooth operation and meet customer’s satisfaction.
- Managing financial processes such as budgeting and accounting including preparing annual budget to meet the company’s financial objectives
- Controlling stock levels, maintain daily or weekly inventory reports and place orders as per requirements for the hotel’s operation.
- Assisting guests with information about local attractions, arranging tours or transportation services as requested by the guests.
- Take of reported incidents or injuries and resolving any unsafe work conditions.
Education/Skills: Relevant Qualifications in Hospitality or at least two years relevant experience
Salary: A$75,000 – A$85,000+ Superannuation
Annual Leave: 4 weeks
Working Hours: 38 Hrs per week
