Neo and Eastern Press have combined their expertise to create a leading print production facility in Mulgrave, and we are looking for a dedicated Warehouse / Logistics Storeperson to join our expanding warehouse and logistics team.

The Role

We are seeking a proactive and dependable individual to support our warehouse operations. In this varied, hands-on role, you'll be responsible for essential tasks such as order picking and packing, handling deliveries, updating inventory records, and ensuring the warehouse remains safe and tidy. Please note: this is a physically active role that involves regular heavy lifting.

Tasks & Responsibilities

- Picking and packing orders

- Loading and unloading delivery trucks

- Accurate stock checks and inventory updates

- Preparing and lodging packages for dispatch

- Occasional overflow driver duties (Metro Melbourne only)

- General warehouse duties to maintain smooth operations

- Manual handling, including lifting items up to 15kg

Minimum Qualifications & Experience





- Current forklift licence (essential)

- Current manual car driver's licence with a clean driving record (essential)

- Previous experience in a warehouse or order fulfilment role (essential)

- Basic Computer literacy (essential)

- Physical capability to perform heavy lifting (up to 15kg)

- Familiarity with inventory management systems (advantageous)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
