About Gracie

Gracie is a boutique nanny agency connecting exceptional childcare professionals with wonderful families across Melbourne.

Our nannies work within family homes, caring for children of various ages and supporting their development through fun, engaging and meaningful experiences.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

- Supporting morning and afternoon routines

- School and kinder drop-offs and pick-ups

- Preparing meals and snacks

- Engaging children in imaginative, creative and educational play

- Helping with homework and activities

- Organising outings and age-appropriate activities

- Supporting children's development and independence

- Assisting with light household tasks and family organisation

What We're Looking For

We're looking for nannies who are:

- Warm, caring and genuinely passionate about working with children

- Hands-on, proactive and confident taking initiative

- Energetic, creative and engaging





- Reliable, professional and committed to their families

- Confident building strong, respectful relationships with both children and parents

- Comfortable balancing childcare with light household responsibilities

Requirements

- 18+ years of age

- Minimum 2 years' experience working with children

- Previous nannying, babysitting, childcare/daycare or relevant family care experience

- Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude

- Comfortable assisting with basic household management

- Must be based in Australia

- Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain one

- First Aid certification preferred

Pay & Perks

- $33.85 per hour + 12% superannuation
